No. VuduMobile is a cloud-based web app, which means that you can access it from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection - no installation required.

What is the reach of VuduMobile’s messaging services?

Using VuduMobile’s platform means you can reach anyone, anywhere, any time. Thanks to our networks and partners, we cover Canada, the United States, and over 150 countries around the world.

Will you charge our users for texting our company?

No. VuduMobile does not incur any additional cost to users - Only mobile operators can charge additional fees depending on users’ phone plans.

If I opt for the SMS service, which number will be assigned to my business?

You can choose two different types of numbers, a long number (10 digits) or a short code (5 to 6 digits). You can even use your business’ current phone line to send messages! Contact us to learn more.

How does billing work?
